Why FlushSASH?

Most PVCu windows are joined by mitre-cutting the corners and fusion-welding them together, but FlushSASH offers a more authentic alternative. It can be cut square and butt-jointed, replicating the techniques of traditional carpentry for a truly classic look. This option is complemented by the availability of a deeper bottom rail, further enhancing the authentic timber-style appearance both inside and out.

FlushSASH was the first ‘timber alternative’ window to utilize a 70mm outer frame, avoiding the bulkiness of newer 90/100mm systems while maintaining excellent thermal and acoustic insulation. This traditional-style design is crafted from environmentally friendly, lead-free PVCu profiles and can be fitted with energyefficient 28mm double or triple-glazed sealed units, ensuring optimal energy performance.
